One thing you should know about me, if it comes in a jumpsuit, SIGN ME UP! While browsing the sale rack at Nordstrom the other day, I came across this complete gem of a jumpsuit. Not only was it a petite, (saves this shorty from having to get the darn thing hemmed) but it was right on trend with it’s off the shoulder neckline adorned with a flouncy ruffle. For $88, I could justify this purchase knowing full well it would be worn out by fall! Here’s the thing dolls, jumpsuits are so chic and unexpected, they always catch an eye. Here’s the even better thing, in case you didn’t notice, it’s PANTS! What does this mean? No worrying about keeping your dress down, sitting with your thighs squeezed together, or making sure your legs are toned and tanned! It’s practically genius for any occasion because they are so fun, and this particular version, is also flirty. I find this style tends to add length, and create the illusion that I’m taller than I truly am. With basic black, you have free range to make this as simple or as bold as you wish. Think of it like a LBD with a twist! Personally, I like to add pops of color to create a contrast against the black, and let my accessories really shine along it’s blank canvas. Never tried a jumpsuit before? I have a Dolled Up DARE for you… what are you waiting for?! GO try one on! I have a hunch you might fall head over heels for them like I have. (and if you really do fall head over heels, you won’t have to worry about flashing anyone cause you’re in PANTS, but now I’m just repeating myself!)
